The University of Winchester is recruiting a Receptionist to join our Main Reception team. The post-holder will be required to rotate between two busy reception locations, the University's King Alfred's and West Downs campuses, where responsibilities will include reception and switchboard duties.
As our ideal candidate you will have experience of working on a busy reception or customer service desk with the ability to deliver excellent customer service at all times. The successful candidate will be organised, and able to carry out basic administration duties. The ability to multi-task is essential and you will be resilient and remain calm under pressure.
Normal working hours are 37 hours per week, usually to be worked Monday to Friday. Reception opening hours are generally between 08:00-18:00hrs including weekends, with some planned later evenings on some occasions. A flexible approach to working hours is essential.
