Job Title: HR Administrator (Full Time, Fixed Term)
This position is full time and fixed term until 31 July 2025, working 35 hours per week.
We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our busy People Services team. You will act as the first point of contact for HR queries and provide a comprehensive, professional, and customer-focused service to the schools and departments within the University.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is keen to develop a career in HR. You will be required to manage a diverse and varied workload and demonstrate your ability to expertly plan, prioritize, and work to strict deadlines. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to process large volumes of data accurately. Additionally, you should be proactive, flexible, and have a customer-centered approach. The successful candidate will be an excellent team player who will contribute fully to the effective running of the department.
Qualifications include being educated to at least GCSE level, including Maths and English. Previous experience working in a busy HR environment and excellent Microsoft Office skills are preferred.
