Responsibilities
- Provide professional leadership and support within the Research Support Unit to facilitate a university-wide infrastructure and culture that enhances research impact.
- Lead initiatives to develop pathways to impact for academic staff and identify potential research users.
- Promote the broad use of research findings and ensure evidence of research impact is captured and communicated.
- Collaborate with academics and external stakeholders to evaluate and enhance impact outcomes.
Qualifications
- Skilled in impact evaluation using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to write and edit high-standard content on complex topics.
- Experience in a university or research-focused environment with a strong understanding of the academic research process.
- Proven track record of engaging stakeholders across non-academic sectors.
