This exciting new role will support a small, dynamic Customer Relationships team in delivering a comprehensive programme of conversion communications by ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance and development of the University's CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring data integrity
- Providing technical support
- Resolving issues promptly
- Identification and implementation of system improvements, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
The Person:
We are looking for someone with experience of working with CRM systems and marketing automation, as well as a strong understanding of CRM data structures and workflows. You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
