Market Research Executive The role of Market Research Executive sits within a dynamic and talented Market Research team. The role requires collaboration with teams from across the University, providing a wide variety of interesting research questions. As a Market Research Executive you will deliver primary and secondary research projects against the annual plan of work, as well as adhoc requests from stakeholders, with the support of other team members. Reporting to the Market Research Manager for Brand and Commercial Research, your workload will come from across the Market Research Team and will be varied, including brand research, prospective student research, current student research and staff research. You’ll be passionate about creating and delivering the best market research solutions for our stakeholders. You will possess a high level of initiative, knowledge of quantitative and qualitative tools and techniques and be capable of responding flexibly to a wide range of research projects. Marketing and Student Recruitment Brand and Marketing Corporate Communications Market Research and Insight The post holder will be based in the Market Research and Insight team. Market Research Society qualification such as the certificate or similar, or willingness to work towards. ~ Experience of using primary research methods and reporting of results. ~ Experience of undertaking market research that answers questions about market demand/ customer satisfaction within a business or university setting. ~ Knowledge and experience of market research methodologies and relative strengths and weaknesses depending on objectives. ~ Experience of undertaking analysis of complex datasets to answer marketing questions ~ Knowledge of market research analysis, and excellent analysis skills. ~ Ability to produce impactful and concise market research findings. ~ Highly analytical and numerate with a strong grasp of data analysis. ~ Advanced knowledge of Excel. ~ A high level of written and oral communication skills, particularly in presenting complex data, report writing and presentations. ~
