We are seeking a Library Operations Project Manager to help create and embed a project management culture across the wider Library team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on our library\’s development and to join us at a pivotal moment as we embark on the transformation of our library services to support world-class learning, teaching, and research.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully, committing to a high-quality service for students and customers.

We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.

About You

1. You will be an experienced project manager, with the ability to take responsibility for organising larger projects/work areas.
2. You will have knowledge and understanding of the importance of a health and safety culture and an interest in sustainable development of services.
3. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills (both oral and written), and the ability to quickly build strong professional relationships.
