Location: Warwick Food Group
Hours: Shifts between 7AM and 7 PM, including occasional weekends and late nights

Do you have a passion for food and enjoy working as part of a friendly, energetic team? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to help keep things running smoothly across our kitchens and cafes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Our Chefs: Assisting in the preparation, traying, and plating of food under the guidance of our talented kitchen team
- Keeping It Sparkling: Cleaning work areas and service equipment to high standards, following our ‘clean as you go’ approach
- Team Player Energy: Working closely with cooks, chefs, and the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service across all outlets
- Handling Stock: Helping move and store stock safely, using proper manual handling techniques
- Staying Safe & Compliant: Adhering to food hygiene and safety procedures, including COSHH and allergen awareness
About You
What We’re Looking For:
- A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Some experience working in a kitchen or food prep role (desirable but not essential, we’ll give you plenty of training)
- An eagerness to be trained in food hygiene, health & safety, and manual handling
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Reliability and confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
