We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
4 positions available: 2x full-time 36.5 hours per week, 1x 25.5 hours per week and 1x 32 hours per week. Additional hours are available upon request for the part-time vacancies.

In this role you will be the key ingredient in our success, ensuring that every customer always receives courteous and efficient service.
About You
Your duties will involve serving an array of food and beverages, from refreshing non-alcoholic options to exquisite wines, previous bar or wine knowledge would be ideal. With a dedication to providing exceptional customer service, you\’ll go above and beyond to create a memorable experience for our guests. You\’ll handle cash payments, take signatures for room charges, and maintain accurate records of meals served and quantities. Your keen eye for detail will extend to weekly stock taking and timely ordering of essential items, ensuring our seamless operations. Additionally, you\’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining Health and Safety standards, particularly regarding Food Safety and allergen protocols.
We\’re seeking someone with a helpful and friendly personality, a true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you possess wine or bar knowledge, experience in cash handling, manual dexterity, and a sound understanding of Health & Safety practices, you could be the perfect addition to our team.
While a full UK driving license and basic Food Hygiene Certificate are desirable, don\’t let that stop you from applying if you meet the other essential requirements. We value passion, dedication, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
The role operates a shift based working pattern, with a higher volume of evenings, whilst weekends and Bank holidays are also included.
