Warwick Sport is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Coach to join a new team.
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality Small Group Personal Training (SGPT), inspiring and motivating members to achieve their goals through coaching. By delivering engaging and challenging workouts they will foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that drives a sense of belonging in this environment.
The role will contribute to the design of effective training programs which can be scaled appropriately for individuals’ ability in a SGPT environment. The post holder will monitor progress, feedback to participant to ensure members reach their full potential. Finally, encourage members to share their journey via ‘storytelling’ to inspire others to engage and join.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver 1-to-1 and group fitness coaching sessions.
Create tailored training programmes for a diverse range of clients.
Support members with technique, motivation, and progression.
Contribute to the development of fitness classes and wellbeing initiatives.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming gym environment.
Collaborate with Warwick Sport colleagues to enhance the member experience.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Qualified: Level 3 Personal Trainer (CIMSPA).
Experienced: Previous coaching or personal training experience preferred.
Personable: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
