About the Role
Warwick Law School seeks to employ a full‑time, two‑year Teaching Fellow to deliver teaching in one or more of our undergraduate foundation modules (Criminal Law; Tort Law; Understanding Law in Context; Constitutional & Administrative Law related modules; Contract Law; Property Law; Foundations of European Law; Law of Trusts) and support the Warwick Law in the Community (LinC) programme. The successful candidate will contribute to the Law School's approach to how law interacts with society and will join a team of academics and professional service staff. Please note that applications from candidates who will not have been formally awarded a PhD by 1st September 2026 cannot be considered.
About You
- Will teach in one or more School foundation modules as listed above.
- Preferably has expertise in access to justice and/or social welfare law (housing, employment, welfare benefits, immigration and asylum, community care, public law, family and domestic violence).
- Has experience working collaboratively in community settings; prior legal practice experience not required.
- Will participate in core Law School activities, including student engagement, administrative and pastoral duties.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with students and staff.
