About the Role
Join us at Warwick Global Academy as a Student Recruitment and Engagement Officer, contributing to the admissions, marketing and development teams to achieve our international recruitment objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support the delivery of recruitment activities for the full portfolio of courses, including the Warwick International Foundation Programme, Summer Schools, Pre-Sessional English courses and short English Language courses.
- Focus on digital engagement, market intelligence and stakeholder relationship management.
- Collaborate with WGA colleagues, the China‑based Recruitment Officer and the University’s central recruitment team to maximise impact and ensure consistency across recruitment activity.
- Support the University’s Protect, Grow and Explore recruitment priorities, ensuring a strong, diverse pipeline of high‑quality international students.
- Travel overseas as part of the role.
- Participate in varied activities that provide opportunities for professional development.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic and self‑motivated, capable of working independently while maintaining a positive team attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to source and analyse data and market intelligence to inform planning and decision‑making.
- Culturally aware, keen eye for detail and capable of providing excellent customer service to stakeholders.

Flexible Working
