About the Department
Education Operations is a newly established Directorate bringing together teams from Education Policy and Quality, Student Administrative Services, and Student Complaints and Academic Casework into a more connected and integrated professional services function.
Our focus is on supporting excellent education delivery across the University by reducing complexity, improving consistency, strengthening governance and creating more seamless experiences for students and staff. We work across the academic lifecycle, from curriculum and assessment through to student records, casework, quality assurance and academic governance.
The Directorate is being designed around end-to-end services, user-centred design, continuous improvement and smarter use of data and systems. This creates a unique opportunity for colleagues to help shape new approaches, influence institutional strategy and contribute to major change programmes at one of the UK's leading universities.
