This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of the Warwick Innovation District (WID), supporting a high‑profile Chair in a strategically important, externally facing role. The post sits at the interface between the University, industry, government, and regional partners, and involves regular engagement with senior leaders, external stakeholders, and VIP contacts. It offers significant exposure to high‑level decision‑making and complex, varied work within a fast‑paced environment where professionalism, judgement, and discretion are essential.

This role would suit an experienced Senior PA who enjoys operating in a visible setting, working confidently with external stakeholders as well as internal colleagues, and being trusted to manage sensitive priorities on behalf of a senior leader.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior PA with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders in complex, high‑profile environments. They will be confident managing demanding diaries, coordinating travel and meetings, handling sensitive information with discretion, and exercising sound judgement when prioritising competing demands. They will be proactive, calm under pressure, and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail. A strong relationship‑builder, they will represent the Chair’s office with confidence and professionalism while working collaboratively within the wider support team.
