We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to lead our Non‑Medical Help (NMH) provision for Unitemps. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a high‑impact leadership role at the heart of a busy service, supporting students across our HE Partners.
As the NMH Recruitment Team Leader, you will manage the day‑to‑day operations of a NMH provider that provides support workers to meet disability‑related support needs. You will lead a small team, create and refine operational processes, ensure compliance with frameworks, and build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and operational outcomes.
