About The Role

The WMG SME Group is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Administrator to join their Project Management Office (PMO). Previous experience as an office administrator is essential, along with strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure is essential.

About You

  • A-level or equivalent; GCSE English and Maths (A–C/Grade 9-5).
  • Significant experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills (Excel).
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and produce reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion, problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure.
  • Desirable: Experience in Higher Education.
