Role Overview

This role joins the Global Online MBA (Warwick & London) programme team and the Programme Quality Team within the Masters Portfolio at Warwick Business School. The position is based at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. The successful candidate will work occasionally evenings and shifts, including weekends, to meet customer needs. Time is split 60% (3 days) with the Global Online MBA programme team and 40% (2 days) with the Programme Quality team, with working days specified.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent and high‑quality administrative support for courses and processes within the Masters portfolio.
  • Act as the first point of contact for a range of enquirers and maintain accurate records throughout the student life cycle (from pre‑arrival to graduation).
  • Assist with organisation of internal and student events, such as recruitment and graduation events.
  • Work as part of a team of skilled administrators, contributing to the daily running of the Masters portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience delivering excellent customer service through effective team working.
  • Well‑developed administration skills, preferably in an HE environment.
  • High level of IT literacy and ability to work accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisational context and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Experience providing administrative support to support the delivery of courses is advantageous.
