University of Warwick’s Centre for Polymers and Composites (CPC) at WMG invites applications for a Ph D studentship funded by the Dutch Polymer Institute (DPI).

The project investigates environmental effects on the long-term mechanical performance of short-fibre reinforced thermoplastics (SFRPs) under ageing conditions, with emphasis on hydrolytic and thermo-oxidative processes.

It will also develop physics‑assisted AI models to predict property evolution during ageing.
