About The Role
Join the People Team at an exciting moment of transformation, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering a high‑quality, proactive and trusted People Partnering service across the University. As a People Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders at all levels, providing expert coaching, challenge and advice on a wide range of people matters. You’ll bring professional insight and judgement in the areas of organisational development and change, employee relations, performance, recruitment, talent development and wellbeing to help leaders create positive, inclusive and high‑performing environments.
About You
This position would suit an experienced, confident and solutions‑focused HR professional with strong stakeholder skills and the ability to operate effectively in complex, sensitive and fast‑moving environments. You’ll bring excellent communication, strong organisational skills, sound employment law knowledge and the ability to interpret and communicate complex information clearly. About The Department
This role lies within the People Partnering team who are supported by the People Operations team and Centres of Excellence including Employee Relations, Talent and Development and Reward. You’ll join a growing team of dedicated professionals who are constantly looking to improve and provide the best service possible to their stakeholders. The team are dedicated to enabling colleagues within the institution to achieve their maximum potential and deliver the University’s three pillars: excellence, financial sustainability and rankings and reputation.
