This role is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of Talent and Development programmes and services by providing comprehensive administrative, systems, and operational support across a range of learning initiatives. Acting as a key point of contact, the role involves coordinating learning activities, managing Learning Management System (LMS) records, maintaining accurate training and financial data, and supporting the effective use of learning technologies. The post holder will analyse and report on programme data, administer evaluation processes, oversee external learning tools, and ensure compliance with mandatory requirements, including GDPR. In addition, the role supports budget management, supplier administration, and the delivery of online and face‑to‑face learning events, helping to ensure a high‑quality experience for learners and stakeholders across the organisation.
