We are looking for a dynamic and talented Global Alumni Engagement Manager to help deliver a strategy that builds strong networks and lifelong relationships across sectors and geographies. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement through inspiring communications, building communities, events and a valued alumni benefits package.

About You
This alumni engagement role is central to building a vibrant global WBS community and would suit a pro‑active and experienced alumni engagement professional.
You will be a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with alumni and stakeholders at all levels. You will be skilled at developing effective communication strategies for diverse global audiences, have experience of rolling out online platforms, managing online communities, creating compelling marketing collateral, and promoting a valued package of alumni benefits and services to maximise engagement across different community groups.
With experience of delivering events for global audiences, you will be comfortable designing and managing a varied programme of activities—both online and in‑person—across multiple geographies and time zones.
You will have substantial experience of working in a purpose-driven alumni or stakeholder engagement role, proven ability to recruit, manage and motivate volunteers, experience of line managing and developing staff, a global mindset, and the ability to build trust and influence others.
