About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and talented Global Alumni Engagement Manager. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering a global alumni engagement strategy that builds networks, strengthens lifelong relationships and unlocks opportunities across sectors and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic communication strategies and campaigns to promote benefits and services to WBS alumni across global audiences.
  • Deliver effective online engagement and events to strengthen lifelong relationships.
  • Lead and manage a team, including volunteer recruitment, management, and motivation.
  • Support cross‑School initiatives to maximise opportunities for WBS and its global alumni community.
  • Travel locally, nationally and internationally as required.
  • Maintain flexibility in hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Pro‑active, self‑starter with passion for alumni engagement.
  • Substantial experience in a purpose‑driven alumni or stakeholder engagement role, with proven ability to recruit, manage and motivate volunteers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering events to a global audience.
  • Management experience.
  • Knowledge of marketing innovative benefits and services.
  • Willingness to travel.
