This is a fantastic opportunity to join the finance team that supports the University’s Estates office. We are seeking an ambitious, passionate individual to offer finance support to our teams that sit within the Estates department.
Flexible Working
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis (e.g. job share), despite the position being advertised as full‑time.
About You
With a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail, you would be part of a team that manages the payment process.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to study AAT. Previous experience of using SAP software would be desirable.

About The Department
The University Finance Office supports business planning and innovation to maximise the financial resources available to the University and create the long‑term sustainable financial platform required for future growth.
Finance staff across the University are networked as a professional community of expertise. You will be supported to continue your professional journey through access to Continuing Professional Development training opportunities, sector networks and regular Finance Office briefings.
The role is campus based but staff can opt to work under the Finance Office’s current hybrid policy where a maximum of 40% of time can be worked remotely. This is subject to review and operational requirements. During the induction phase you’ll be required to work 100% in the office. Further details are available on request or at interview stage.
