Role Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the Executive team, Operations Director, and Executive Officer within Warwick Global Academy. The post holder will play a key role supporting the efficient and effective operation of the department, contributing to the smooth delivery of strategic and operational priorities. Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting HR and finance processes
- Coordinating reporting activities
- Liaising on facilities and estates matters
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy, customer-focused office environment, ideally within Higher Education. They will be confident in carrying out a range of administrative tasks, using Microsoft Office and systems such as Success Factors, Opera and SAP to support the day-to-day running of the department. They will have strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise their workload and respond effectively to changing demands. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to deadlines and follow established policies and procedures are essential.
