About the Role
We are looking for an Engineer to support SME manufacturing clients on their digital transformation journey.
In this role you will help clients solve pressing problems using Industry 4.0 technologies, develop solutions, and provide clear recommendations and support for implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to understand client challenges, identify cutting‑edge digital technologies and present actionable recommendations for implementation.
- Develop proof‑of‑concepts and demonstrable solutions that showcase feasibility and generate impact.
- Design and build demonstrations to showcase the latest digital technologies to clients.
- Lead digital transformation workshops, produce technical roadmaps and write grant applications.
About You – Qualifications and Experience
- Strong interest and proactive development in one or more of the following areas:
- Automation Systems & Robotics
- AI and its applications in manufacturing
- IT and OT System Architectures
- Manufacturing Systems (ERP, MRP, MES and PLM)
- Experience in engineering, problem‑solving and translating technology solutions into business value.
