About The Role

This is a full-time position.

At Warwick Business School, embedding employability into all aspects of the student experience is central to our strategy and global reputation. We are therefore seeking a proactive, highly organised and relationship‑driven Employer Engagement Officer to play a key role in delivering a coordinated, high‑impact employer engagement approach that connects our students with leading organisations worldwide.

Working closely with our Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers, you will support the delivery of a targeted employer engagement strategy aligned to WBS priorities. Through building and nurturing strong relationships with employers, alumni, recruiters and partners across sectors, you will help ensure that employability is meaningfully integrated within our programmes and that WBS remains a first‑choice destination for UK and international recruiters.

This role combines strategic support with hands‑on delivery. You will contribute to employer engagement planning, support communications and CRM systems, events and partnership activity, and act as a professional point of contact for employers and internal stakeholders. Your work will directly enhance the relevance, impact and reach of our engagement activity, ensuring students benefit from industry‑connected opportunities and that employer relationships are sustained, purposeful and aligned to institutional goals.

You will join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team where innovation in engagement practice is encouraged, cross‑school partnership working is essential, and employability is integrated not as an add‑on, but as a core pillar of the WBS experience.

This role is hybrid, with a minimum number of office days expected to be between 2-3 per week (this includes a regular weekly team anchor day).

Please note that due to the nature of the role, a degree of flexibility in both working hours and location is required, including occasional working at The Shard (London campus), and may include supporting evening or weekend activities within the UK.
