The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

This role will provide senior construction leadership, delivery assurance, and resilience across the University’s most complex and high‑profile developments. It will be critical in ensuring construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption, while maintaining confidence in programme outcomes across a live campus environment.

This role provides specialist construction leadership at the stages where construction methodology, logistics, contractor performance and interface management have the greatest potential to impact institutional operations, programme affordability, schedule certainty, health and safety performance, and confidence in successful delivery.

This role is a 2-year fixed term contract at 0.8 FTE.
