About the Role: This role is to join the Global Online MBA (Warwick & London) programme team within the Masters Portfolio at Warwick Business School. It is a maternity cover position. You will be directly responsible for providing consistent and high quality administrative support for a course within the Masters portfolio at Warwick Business School, leading on defined aspects of course delivery, providing frontline pastoral support to students, planning and organising events, and ensuring accurate maintenance of student records. The role also includes day‑to‑day line‑management responsibility for Programme Coordinators in the programme group. The post is primarily based at Warwick Business School but may require occasional support in London and other off‑campus locations. Working hours include weekends and evenings with appropriate notice and time off in lieu. Hybrid working is available up to two days a week.

About You: Essential skills and experience:

  • Experience delivering excellent customer service online and in person.
  • Strong teamwork and line‑management skills, with experience working in a matrix organisational context.
  • Well‑developed organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of IT literacy.
  • Experience providing administrative support to Masters‑level programmes (advantage).
