Working within the Careers Plus & Employer Relations team, this role will focus on the Alumni Empowered programme, WBS’s dedicated professional development offer for graduates navigating the first 36 months and beyond of their post‑degree journey.

You will work closely with the Alumni Careers Manager and provide high‑quality careers coaching and guidance to alumni across our UG, MSc, MBA and DBA communities, helping them translate their WBS advantage into confident, purposeful career decisions.

You will deliver support across a range of formats, from one‑to‑one coaching and mock interviews to webinars and digital resources.
