This is a key Business Analyst role within a strategically important programme of critical IT delivery. You will support the analysis and design of complex technology change across core systems that are fundamental to the organisation’s stability, security, and day‑to‑day operations. Working across both business and technical domains, you will act as a trusted intermediary, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood, well defined, and achievable within a complex delivery landscape.
You will engage closely with service owners, technical specialists, and wider stakeholders to understand current‑state processes, identify risks and dependencies, and shape future‑state solutions. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly in environments where change is high‑impact and time‑critical. Through your work, you will help ensure that essential IT services are resilient, sustainable, and aligned with organisational priorities and long‑term strategy.

You are an experienced and driven Business Analyst who thrives in complex, high‑impact IT environments where resilience, stability and security are critical. You are confident operating amid significant change and are comfortable working across a range of delivery methodologies, including agile and hybrid models.
You bring proven experience of business analysis within complex and mission‑critical IT services, with the ability to understand technical architectures, service management, and operational risk. You excel at engaging a wide range of stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes, and ensuring that requirements support both immediate operational needs and longer‑term strategic goals.
