Working Hours
5 days over 7, usually Monday – Friday with occasional weekend working required. Shifts typically between 7am and 7pm but occasionally late nights are required.

Leading by Example: Supporting your manager to deliver exceptional service across all outlets—ensuring guests enjoy high‑quality food, drink, and hospitality every time.
Inspiring Your Team: Coaching, developing and motivating a talented team of F&B leaders and team members, helping them achieve their best while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace.
Driving Success: Maximising income and profitability through smart resource management, effective rota planning and consistent delivery of commercial targets.
Maintaining Excellence: Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation, ensuring compliance with food safety, health and safety and licensing regulations.
Making an Impact: Deputising for the F&B Manager when required—taking charge of shifts, managing operations and making decisions that keep service running smoothly.
Innovating for Growth: Identifying opportunities to improve performance, enhance the customer experience and contribute to Warwick Food Group’s vision and strategy.
About You
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant F&B Manager to help oversee our Food & Beverage operations and make every moment memorable for our guests.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in a food and beverage environment with supervisory or leadership responsibility.
- A passion for service excellence and developing people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Good numeracy, IT and organisational skills, with an eye for detail and efficiency.
- Knowledge of food safety, allergens and health & safety legislation.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
