About the Role

As Assistant Commercial Manager you will be a key contributor to the continuous improvement of our campus.

The role is within the finance team of the university’s Estates department and will involve exposure to many varied construction projects and working with a diverse range of stakeholders and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Commercial & Reporting and the Commercial Manager as part of the Commercial Team.
  • Deliver commercial management services for the Estates Capital Programme Team and Works Team.
  • Provide cost management and contract administration services for internally resourced projects, including feasibility assessments, pre‑construction activities, and construction phase cost management.
  • Assist in continuous improvement of campus estate.

Qualifications

You will have a degree or demonstrable relevant professional experience.
