This is an exciting development opportunity to undertake the busy role of Applicant Support Assistant within Admissions which is a thriving department of the University of Warwick.
There are four fixed-term positions and one permanent position available, all full-time (36.5 hours per week).
About You
You will be customer-focused, self-motivated and an adaptable team player, who is equally capable of working independently. You will be well-organised, capable of prioritising, and able to work quickly and accurately under pressure. You will be proficient in IT, with experience of using databases. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to understand and use established procedures and follow them accurately.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will have an understanding of the Higher Education Sector.

About The Department
The Admissions service comprises of two sub-teams, for Undergraduate and Postgraduate admissions. The teams are responsible for the processing of all applications, including those from UK and overseas students, individuals returning to study, Degree Apprenticeships and ‘non-standard’ applicants. The team is also the primary point of contact for all current and prospective applicants to the University and their parents, schools and supporters.
The Applicant Support Assistant is managed by the Deputy Admissions Coordinator and ultimately responsible to the Admissions Service Manager. The team work closely with academic colleagues on all issues related to admissions. Team-members also contribute to University-wide events such as open days, enrolment and graduation ceremonies.
