The predicted salary is between 35000 - 40000 £ per year.
The Student Success team work across the CertHE portfolio to support student engagement and progression, working to identify and remove barriers to successful study, providing assistance to services, tools and resources to enable engagement, and ensuring that students are able to access appropriate and timely support from specialist services as required. The postholder will work collaboratively to design and deliver a holistic programme of support that is responsive to student needs and institutional priorities, with a particular focus on prevention, early intervention, and inclusive practice.
This role will be responsible for using the Case Management System (CMS) to oversee the triage of student support queries, maintain the CMS records, and monitor the service uptake. The role will support data collection and analysis to identify trends and impact, support regular reporting and inform service improvements. This role will also support the daily functioning of the Student Success Team by undertaking the following duties: providing 1:1 support, targeted coaching, and inclusive engagement activities that foster progression, belonging, and wellbeing.
Annual leave entitlement is 28 days, plus 8 bank holidays and 4 University closure days pro rata. This post is not eligible for sponsorship.
