The post – Student Fee Liaison
We have a new exciting opportunity for a dedicated front facing Student Fee Liaison to join our team at the UWS London Campus. This pivotal role will serve as the first point of contact for all finance-related student enquiries, providing personalised, one-to-one support throughout each student’s financial journey. The postholder will play a key role in helping students understand and meet their tuition fee obligations.
Supporting a diverse student population of over 4,000, the Student Fee Liaison will advise on tuition payments, payment plans and Student Loans Company (SLC) funding. They will deliver accurate and timely guidance on matters such as tuition fees, invoices, payments, and available financial support. The role also includes hosting drop-in sessions, conducting individual meetings, and working collaboratively with colleagues across Finance, Registry, Student Services, and the London Hub to ensure a joined-up, student-focused approach.
The successful candidate should have the following:
- HND (RQF level 5) or relevant work experience.
- Extensive experience working in a customer relationship management or student support role.
- Performance basic analysis & maintenance of data sets and client information.
- Experience in using a variety of databases.
- Providing support to clients/students, particularly around service issues through a variety of mediums, including face to face, email and telephone support.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
