The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 ÂŁ per year.

Full time: 35 hours per week. Unfortunately, this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship in line with Home Office requirements. Applicants will therefore be unable to secure a Skilled Worker visa for this role and will require an alternative source of right to work in the UK.

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to support a period of transformation within our HR Systems team. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join us as a temporary HR & Payroll Systems Administrator, playing a key role in the redesign and enhancement of our iTrent system and associated processes.

This role is focused on driving smarter and more efficient ways of working by improving data accuracy, streamlining workflows, and maximising the use of employee and manager self-service. You will contribute directly to unlocking the full potential of the HR and Payroll system, helping to improve both system functionality and the overall user experience.

Working as part of the HR Systems team, you will support the day to day administration and operational delivery of the HR and Payroll system. This will include investigating and resolving system and data issues, supporting accurate record management, and contributing to the ongoing development of the system. You will also be involved in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR and Payroll processes, ensuring the system is used effectively to drive efficiencies and support operational needs.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with systems, has a strong eye for detail, and is motivated by improving processes and ways of working. If you are passionate about HR systems and want to make a meaningful contribution during a period of change, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate should have the following:

  • Educated to HND/SVQ Level 4 or have relevant and practical work experience.
  • Evidence of experience of implementing processes and procedures and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Able to demonstrate experience in working with complex databases.
  • Microsoft O365 packages.
  • Use of workforce systems.
