The University of the West of Scotland is seeking a Maintenance Services Manager to oversee day-to-day building fabric maintenance, water hygiene compliance and related estate services across the University estate.
You will lead a team of Trade Technicians, a Compliance Technician and contractors, manage maintenance programmes, budgets and KPIs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance, including ACOP L8 and HSG274.
