Unfortunately, this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship in line with Home Office requirements. Applicants will therefore be unable to secure a Skilled Worker visa for this role and will require an alternative source of right to work in the UK. A major focus of the role will be coordinating placement processes, supporting PVG applications, and the allocation of practice learning placements in line with programme requirements. You will build and maintain placement logs, liaise with key staff to ensure accurate data, and support a range of placement-related enquiries. The role also includes general administrative duties such as ePAD work, uniform distribution and any ad-hoc duties as they arise. Flexibility is essential, as occasional work off-campus or outside of normal hours may be required.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate placement processes and management of PVG applications.
  • Build and maintain placement logs and liaise with key staff for accurate data.
  • Support placement-related enquiries and provide general administrative support.
  • Handle ePAD work, uniform distribution and other ad-hoc duties.
  • Ensure timely and accurate record keeping.
Qualifications
  • HNC/SVQ level 3 or equivalent experience, or relevant practical work experience.
  • Relevant administrative experience within a busy office environment.
  • Experience of identifying and resolving problems and liaising with other departments.
  • Experience of updating and maintaining records and processes.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and challenge decisions to ensure best outcomes.
Benefits

  • A flexible approach to working pattern and work-life balance.
  • Employee discount scheme across 3,500 retailers.
  • Fitness facilities across our campuses.
  • Access to a range of health and wellbeing resources, including occupational health, physiotherapy and Employee Assistance Programme.
