We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work on a high-profile study with some of the leading UK based academics in healthcare workforce research. We are signed up to the Research Concordat and are committed to supporting the development of our research staff and will work with you to create further opportunities beyond the course of this grant.
This is a two-year full-time role. You’ll be working as part of a larger team on a project funded by NIHR Health and Social Care Delivery Research Programme investigating Multidisciplinary team configuration in general practice, and how this impacts patient outcomes.
You will be managing the qualitative investigation in multiple case study general practice sites in England.
About You
You will have post-doctoral experience in undertaking qualitative research in healthcare, and in particular conducting interviews with staff and patients. You’re confident and competent in qualitative data analysis, synthesis and reporting. Experience of applying for ethical approvals will also be beneficial.
You will be working as part of a larger team so will be confident in liaising with other team members, sharing your ideas, discussing findings and preparing manuscripts for publication. You should also be interested in supporting the implementation of the findings into practice.

This post is based at our Glenside Campus which is set within beautiful grounds in Stapleton, just three miles north east of Bristol City Centre.

This is a full-time post which is fixed term for two years.
This post is available on a job share basis for applicants wishing to work part time if this is feasible.
