We’re looking for a Hospitality General Assistant to join our vibrant University Hospitality team in our Onezone outlet. From serving great food and drinks with a smile, to keeping our spaces welcoming and running smoothly, you’ll help us deliver top-quality service to students, staff, and visitors every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving food and drinks while giving customers a great experience.
- Using tills and handling payments, including opening and closing procedures.
- Keeping outlets and kitchens clean, safe, and up to high standards.
- Restocking and receiving deliveries, making sure everything’s stored properly.
- Recording food temperatures, cleaning checks, and other quick admin tasks.
- Pitching in with events, conferences, and other Hospitality services across campus.
- Working flexibly as part of a team to get the job done.

Interviews are scheduled to take place at our Frenchay campus on Friday the 17th of October, 2025.
This is a full-time, permanent post, working 37 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days, and being flexible to support the delivery of the Hospitality service.
Due to the nature of the role, this position is campus based for all of your time.
