- Location: UHI House, Inverness (or other location as agreed)

Reporting to the Director of Student Recruitment and Admissions, this is a pivotal operational management role for an experienced student recruitment and marketing professional to ensure achievement of UHI’s undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment targets, with a focus on UK/home student markets.
Managing UHI’s Executive Office Student Recruitment and Marketing team, and working closely with a wide range of marketing, communications, design, academic and professional services colleagues across the UHI partnership, this role is ideal for someone with exceptional organisational and people management skills, and who can demonstrate experience developing excellent working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Bringing an excellent understanding of student recruitment in the higher education sector, and experience delivering successful marketing campaigns and activities, the successful candidate for this exciting role will be a champion of the UHI brand and partnership ethos.

Pay and Benefits:
- This role is linked to grade 7 on the UHI payscale.
- The starting salary for this position will normally be in the range £42,118 to £44,758 per annum. For exceptional candidates a higher salary up to the top of the grade (currently £48,906 per annum) may be available.
- This post is fulltime and will involve working 35 hours per week on a working pattern as agreed with your line manager.
- This post is subject to a Disclosure Scotland Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme check.
- The workplace pension scheme we provide to workers at grade six and above is the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS).
- Full-time posts carry a total of 42 days leave per annum.
