The Student Records Office forms part of the Student Registry and Information Systems department within the Student Recruitment and Growth Division. Working closely with colleagues across admissions, reporting, management information systems and student recruitment, the team plays a vital role in supporting the University's academic administration and the student journey.

The Student Records Officeis responsible forthe effective management of Higher Education student records and associated academic administration throughout the student lifecycle, from enrolment through to graduation. The team ensures the integrity of student and curriculum data, delivers key registry processes including progression,awardsand certification, and supports statutory reporting, fundingcomplianceand institutional governance. Through high-quality service delivery and expert advice, the team underpins the University's regulatory responsibilities while enabling an excellent experience for students and staff.
