Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of art education
- Support the teaching team
- Supervise students
- Manage classroom materials
- Help with the maintenance and preparation of art equipment and resources
- Assist with the organization of exhibitions
- Perform general assistance tasks as required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant HNC or equivalent qualifications, or suitable experience
- Good IT and communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of electric hand tools: planer, drill, sander, cutter
- Experience with a range of printmaking techniques, analogue & wet process photography, digital photography
- Familiarity with relevant creative software packages
- Desirable experience in exhibition installation and working with a kiln and clay/plaster materials
