UHI Moray are seeking to appoint an Employability Coordinator to work within the Employability Team delivering the Moray SWAP - Sector Based Work Academy Project, part of the wider Moray Pathways partnership. The project works with individuals aged 16+ who need support to progress towards further education and/or employment.
Key responsibilities include:
- organising and coordinating employability provision
- supporting vulnerable individuals with barriers to employment or training
- delivering one-to-one and group training
- engaging with employers to support work placements and industry visits
- negotiating partnership working
Essential experience:
