This unique partnership allows us to deliver further and higher education programmes at our 19 campuses and centres across the North and West Highlands, Skye and the Outer Hebrides. To support our work, we are recruiting for the following role:
We are seeking a Campus Services Senior Assistant, to be based at our Thurso campus.
Responsibilities:The post holder will be responsible for providing general office admin support within the Campus Services Team. This includes supporting the Campus Services Manager to ensure the safe and reliable operation of campus activities, including janitorial, site operations, cleaning, refectory/catering, and fleet vehicle maintenance. The role involves monitoring Unidesk, prioritising tasks, managing contract portals for vehicle fleet, waste, and pest control services, and handling procurement orders through PECOS.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification at SCQF level 7 or higher, such as an HNC or equivalent. Consideration may be given to other qualifications and relevant office experience. Gaelic language skills would be advantageous.
