We're looking for an Academic Operations Administrator to join our Academic Operations team and help ensure the smooth delivery of our academic programmes. You will play a vital role in ensuring programmes are delivered effectively and efficiently, supporting both academic staff and students.
You'll prepare and issue contracts, support onboarding activities, monitor compliance with mandatory training requirements, and help to ensure lecturers are assigned appropriately to meet operational needs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality academic programmes.
- Assist with the planning and preparation of semester resourcing for the University’s academic programmes
- Arrange and issue contracts in liaison with the HR and Payroll team
