Programme Manager Full time (35 hrs/wk), fixed term until October 2030 We're looking for a motivated Programme Manager to help lead the wayon our Digital Campus programme; a strategic investment that will transform the online teaching, learning and assessment experiences that the University of the Built Environment offers to students and staff. As a senior member of the Strategy & Planning Office, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the University, contributing to the ongoing development of project and programme management practices, ensuring effective planning, collaboration, and successful delivery across a varied portfolio of strategic initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and proactive programme manager to play a pivotal role in the future of the University and help deliver lasting organisational impact. Oversee and manage component projects to deliver the programme plan Manage projects that centre on significant digital or technology infrastructures Apply the Universitys project management framework to lead all stages of Digital Campus projects Support budget management, direct resource allocation, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure project success is achieved within agreed cost parameters Certification in a recognised programme or project management methodology (e.g., MSP, APM, PRINCE2, PMP) Experience in leading and managing complex strategic and business improvement projects with organisational scope and at significant scale Experience delivering transformation and change with extensive digital/technology components (e.g., systems, platforms, or digital services), and in partnership with technical specialists Demonstrable skill in organising, prioritising and managing complex and diverse programmes of work and their project portfolios At University of the Built Environment we expect employees to demonstrate our values: We are a long-standing and leading provider of supported online education with a long-term ambition to be the worlds most sustainable university.
