The predicted salary is between 27785 - 27785 £ per year.

Full time (35 hrs/wk), one permanent and two fixed term opportunities available. Split place of work between Horizons (Reading, Berkshire) and Home. Salary £30,942 FTE pa plus benefits.

As an Apprenticeship Outcomes Officer (AOO), you will be integral in offering support and guidance to apprentices who choose to study with us. You will facilitate the setting of targets to challenge the apprentice, ensuring they reach their full potential and achieve timely and successful outcomes. You will also provide support to employers of apprentices in allocated caseloads, to ensure they understand and fulfil the requirements of the apprenticeship and to support their apprentice(s) to achieve.

Your accountabilities and responsibilities include:

  • Schedule, plan for and undertake high-quality progress monitoring and review activity for an allocated apprentice caseload.
  • Maintain accurate records of apprentice progress and other factors within each allocated apprentice’s e-portfolio.
  • Respond to Student Central queries relating to apprentices in allocated caseload.

Our main requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with supporting learners/apprentices in identifying and setting own SMART targets.
  • Digital skills confidence: We use MS Office which includes Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and several other systems/technology.
