This is an exciting opportunity to work at a world leading specialist art and design University, with ambitious growth targets across subjects and study levels. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, with a track record of success and a commitment to providing excellent in-person and digital student recruitment activity.
You will collaborate with the Head of UK Student Recruitment to create and implement a data-driven UK recruitment strategy aligned with UAL’s recruitment objectives. You will identify opportunities for expanding UAL’s relationships with schools, colleges and external partners. You will work with colleagues from across the University to ensure that UAL meets its commitment to social purpose.
The successful candidate will drive excellence in operational delivery, managing a demanding recruitment visit activity schedule, including events like HE fairs, PG Exhibitions, UCAS conventions and school visits.
You’ll lead a dedicated team of five Student Recruitment Officers responsible for regional recruitment, relationship management, and internal visits from partner institutions. You will collaborate across departments and ensure that all recruitment activities are data-driven, effective, and aligned with the institution’s goals.
