Supervisor Job Title International Account Executive
- Processing reorders, swaps and returns for wholesale customers
- Sending order confirmations to wholesale customers in a timely manner and following up any discrepancies: cancellations, change of styles
- Fill-in copy sheets with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy around product and collection information such as EAN codes, RRPs
- Provide assets (imagery, copy, etc.) to wholesale customers
- Send weekly ATS to wholesale accounts
- Pull weekly sales reports to analyze sales trends and create weekly bestseller reports
- Maintain and update the wholesale files and databases
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the wholesale team
Showroom Support:
- Setting up the showroom with the new collection β unpacking/packing, steaming, hanging garments
- Assisting sales team during wholesale appointments, dressing models, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and other ad hoc duties
- Coordinating all sales and after-sales activities
- Assist in sample coordination β fill wholesale and press requests with strong attention to detail

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to support the day-to-day wholesale activities within our wholesale department. Youβll collaborate closely with our Account Executive. This is a paid internship and requires in-person attendance four days a week at Veronica Beard London office. Ideal candidates would have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. An interest in fashion wholesale and a strong eagerness to learn are essential.
