Volga Linen is seeking a creative and digitally savvy Website Administrator to support the management of our bespoke WordPress website and WooCommerce store. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in online merchandising and e-commerce, ensuring our online shopfront is engaging, functional, and delivers an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Regularly update website content , including text, images, and multimedia elements.
  • Uploading and merchandising new products to ensure they’re beautifully presented and easy to find.
  • Design and structure new web pages to enhance the user experience.
  • Managing theUS/UK web interface and stock inventory to keep our online shop running seamlessly.
  • Oversee web integrations with Meta Business Suite to maintain platform connectivity.
  • Manage payment gateways and product delivery , ensuring a seamless purchasing process.
  • Test and deploy new web applications and updates to improve site functionality.
  • Support the marketing team in launching new collections, running promotions, and analysing web traffic .
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to track website performance using Google Analytics and WooCommerce for monthly sales reporting.

Skills and Experience Required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Familiarity withWordPress and WooCommerce (some experience is required, but a willingness to learn is just as important!).
  • An eye for detail and an interest inonline merchandising and e-commerce.
  • Experience with website design , structuring and usability
  • Ability to work independently and proactively suggest website improvements .
  • A creative approach to showcasing products and engaging customers through an online platform.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
